Services
A steady perch for healing, clarity, and gentle change.
A calm, steady place to land
I offer virtual counselling (Microsoft Teams or telephone) for adults 18+ and professionals across Ontario. Sessions provide a grounded, compassionate space where you can settle, breathe, and begin to feel your wings again. My approach blends evidence‑based practice with a gentle, steady presence — supporting you as you move toward clarity, healing, and renewed strength.
Whether you prefer one‑to‑one support or the shared connection of a group, you’re welcome to choose the path that feels right for where you are right now.
Individual Therapy
A quiet, supportive space to explore what’s weighing on you — anxiety, depression, grief, substance use recovery, life transitions, or the everyday stress that settles into the body. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe, steady, and grounded.
Individual therapy offers:
-
a private, focused space
-
personalized strategies and support
-
gentle exploration of patterns and emotions
-
a steady perch to rest, reflect, and regain direction
Group Therapy
-
-
to feel understood by others with similar struggles
-
to learn practical skills in a supportive environment
-
to build confidence and connection
-
to feel less alone in your journey
Group therapy offers connection, shared understanding, and gentle accountability. It’s a supportive place to learn skills, reduce isolation, and feel less alone in your experiences.
Group support may be helpful if you’re wanting:
A small, supportive online group for adults who want practical tools for managing anxiety. We move slowly, with kindness, and you’re welcome exactly as you are. This is the first of several groups we’ll be offering. Please call or email for details or to join the waitlist.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT offers a structured, practical way to understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact — and how to shift them so life feels lighter and more manageable.
In CBT, you can learn to:
-
identify automatic thoughts
-
recognize patterns such as catastrophizing, all‑or‑nothing thinking, and mind‑reading
-
understand how thoughts influence emotions
-
choose actions that support well‑being
-
build skills that create steadier internal ground
CBT is especially helpful for anxiety, depression, and stress‑related concerns.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy provides a deeply relaxed, focused state where you can work with the subconscious mind to shift patterns, reduce distress, and strengthen healthier responses.
In hypnotherapy, clients often experience:
-
a deepened sense of relaxation
-
a gentle, consent‑based exploration of what lies beneath the surface
-
softening of old beliefs (“I’m not safe,” “I can’t cope,” “I’m not enough”)
-
increased confidence and self‑trust
-
a renewed sense of inner steadiness
Hypnotherapy can be a powerful complement to CBT and trauma‑informed work.
Virtual Sound Therapy (Arriving Soon)
A soothing, online sound‑based experience designed to support relaxation, grounding, and inner balance. Sessions weave together therapeutic sound, mindful awareness, and gentle nervous‑system‑safe practices.
Sound therapy may be a good fit if you’re seeking:
-
calm and nervous‑system settling
-
restoration after stress or overwhelm
-
a soft entry point into deeper therapeutic work
-
a sensory‑based approach to grounding
More details will be available soon.
A gentle way forward
