We offer virtual (Microsoft teams and telephone) counselling for adults (Over the age of 18 years) and professionals across Ontario, creating a calm, steady space where you can land, breathe, and begin to rise again. My approach blends evidence‑based practice with a gentle, grounded presence, supporting you as you move toward clarity, healing, and renewed strength.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) provides a structured, practical way to understand ow your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact — and how to shift them so life feels lighter and more manageable. Clients can learn skills to identify automatic thoughts, recognize their patterns such as catastrophizing, all of nothing thinking and mindreading. Clients can also understand how their thoughts influence their emotions by choosing actions that support well-being.

Hypnotherapy provides a deeply relaxed, focused state where you can work with the subconscious mind to shift patterns, reduce distress, and strengthen healthier responses. Clients can learn a deepen sense of relaxation, a gentle way to explore what’s underneath the sub-conscious with consent, and softening old beliefs (“I’m not safe,” “I can’t cope,” “I’m not enough”), and increase confidence and self trust.

We offer both individual therapy and group support for adults across Ontario. My approach is gentle, steady, and collaborative — a place where you can breathe, feel understood, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
