A 60‑minute session with a trained Clinical Therapist: $125 per hour
This rate reflects the time, care, and evidence‑based support offered in each session, ensuring you have a steady, grounded space to explore, heal, and grow.

Payment Options

ACH Bank Transfer: A convenient and secure way to make payments directly from your bank.

Sliding Scale Pricing: Accessible care matters. Sliding scale options are available—please contact us directly to discuss details and find a rate that feels manageable.

We accept all major insurance providers in Ontario and Receipts are provided for reimbursement under Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) services.

Now proudly welcoming Indigenous and Inuit clients through the Non‑Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program, specifically for First Nations individuals. This ensures access to culturally respectful, fully covered mental health support.

Confidentiality

Your privacy matters to Us. Therapy works best when you feel safe to speak freely, and confidentiality is part of that safety. Everything you share with me is kept private, with a few exceptions required by law and professional ethics.

When confidentiality must be broken: I am required to share information only when:

• There is a serious and immediate risk of harm
• A child or vulnerable person may be at risk
• A court orders the release of records
• A regulated health professional has harmed a client

How your information is protected:

Your records are held with care. All documents shared between us — including forms, letters, and session notes — are stored in secure, encrypted systems. Any files sent electronically are password‑protected, so only you and I can open them.
This extra layer of protection helps ensure your story stays exactly where it belongs: safe, private, and in your control.
