Crisis Support
I am not able to provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please call 911 or contact your local emergency services.
In Ontario, crisis support is available through local crisis lines, hospital emergency departments, and community‑based crisis teams.
Indigenous clients may also access culturally grounded, 24‑hour support through the Hope for Wellness Help Line: 1‑855‑242‑3310 This service offers immediate emotional support, counselling, and connection with Indigenous helpers.
