Have you tried other therapies that don't work or you are looking to try something new, then Take Flight with Us!


Hypnotherapy, music therapy and somatic therapy can be used as an adjunct therapy for depression, anxiety disorders, various pain conditions, and trauma especially when combined with CBT. 


Our Counselling sessions are provided Online for Children (10 years and up), Youth, and Adults.


Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy are used together along with Somatic techniques during each session to provide you with new tools to tap into the conscious and unconscious mind. 


You chose what therapy is support is best for you. 


We are also offering you a free 15-minute consultation. 


  • Sessions are approximately 1 hour- in length.
  • Homework is provided after each session for the individual to practice new skills. 
  • Sessions will also be recorded and provided to you within 24 hours after completion.

Psychotherapy sessions are unique and individualized to each person's strengths, needs, and goals.  


You will complete the initial intake over the phone. 


A consent form with be provided by email for you to sign and send back before starting counselling.


A link will be provided to you by email with a date and time from "Microsoft Teams" for your secure online counselling session.

Example of what a First Counselling Session may look like:  

  • Therapy is Individualized focusing on a strengths-based approach to care.  
  • Getting to know you, and what is your intention for each session. 
  • Explaining what therapies are and which one best suits you or maybe them all.
  •  Access and release body-based trauma by calming your nervous system.
  • 10 to 20-Minute Relaxation-Meditation.
